The VHDA Single-Family Division changed its portfolio management to include self-servicing capabilities in addition to the master servicing capabilities already in-house. They realized a need to streamline and complete the process. They also realized that the in-house capabilities were not sufficient to properly manage this new offer.

Servicing and loan origination systems were determined to be the solutions. IES assisted VHDA to select a mortgage servicing system, finalize the selection, and negotiate with selected vendor, ALLTEL. We performed a requirements analysis, comparative selection process, designed an implementation plan, and are currently implementing the new system.
IES continues to provide consulting with regard to technology issues that affect the Single-Family division operations.
