The Department of Housing and Urban Development has contracted with IES to perform Business Process Improvement/Systems Integration Services. A task order under this contract required IES to create an integrated document management framework. This framework established the process, technical and policy architecture for document/record management activities throughout the department. Ies employed HUD's BPI methodolgy integrated with change management and total cost of ownership methodologies to provide strategic level recommendations and direction.
